I am obsessed with the off the shoulder look and think the detailing on the sleeves are adorable! These flowy navy blue shorts are so cute with this blouse and are super trendy with the ruffle trim. I cannot wait to go back to Macy's so that I can purchase these shorts in other colors! I then borrowed my mom’s new Tory Burch straw bag to complete the look. I am also wearing my favorite Tory Burch Miller sandals in the color “Vintage Vachetta,” a must have in everyone’s wardrobe!
