I was thrilled when I opened my InfluenceHer Essentials Kit and saw these beautiful Almay® Goddess Glosses from the Almay® Cosmic Collection. This is one of Almay’s newest products and I was excited to test them out. I received 4 of their 8 shades to sample. Pictured from left to right, these glosses are named “Mystic,” “Rainbow,” “Fairy,” and “Flame.” (How fun are these names?!) Honestly, I was initially unsure of the colors because I usually wear a neutral lip gloss. But once I tried them I quickly changed my mind. The glosses are SO FUN giving my lips a high shine and an iridescent look. It made my lips feel very smooth and not at all sticky which is usually my number one complaint about lip glosses. Although, all the shades are striking I would have to say my favorite is “Fairy,” because it is a color that I see myself wearing on a daily basis to class. The lip glosses also come in four additional shades: “Halo,” “Cosmic,” “Angelic” and “Ethereal.” Almay’s Goddess Gloss™ is hypoallergenic, fragrance-free and made with pomegranate, grape and raspberry oils. I was excited to see that Bliss products were also included in my InfluenceHer Essentials Kit. I recently tried Bliss’ face masks and absolutely loved them so I was anxious to try their lemon + sage body butter. First of all the body butter smells great! I love the smell of lemon + sage combined. When I used the body butter I was pleasantly pleased because it is one of the few products that had ACTUALLY moisturized my arms and legs leaving them feeling soft and hydrated. Lemon + sage body butter is perfect to throw in my purse or bookbag and can be applied anytime of the day because it isn’t greasy. Did I mention the packaging is super cute too?!
Now that I am back at college and am always on the go, the Gōl bars were the perfect item to receive in my InfluenceHer Essentials Kit. These organic lifestyle bars come in handy whether I am running out the door to an early morning class, heading to afternoon yoga or a spin class, or just trying to get through a late night of studying. These bars are made with just 8-to-10 simple whole food ingredients and are Non-GMO Project Verified, and certified gluten free. They are also high in protein and fiber with no added sugar. I had the chance to sample two of their flavors: Chocolate Sea Salt (my favorite since I am a chocoholic!) and Maple Sea Salt (tastes just like waffles with maple syrup - yum!) I am definitely going to have to buy more of these bars to have on hand. The Gōl bars come in four flavors, the two I sampled Chocolate Sea Salt and Maple Sea Salt, and Blueberry and Chocolate Coconut (one of my favorite combinations!)
This Elly Backpack from High Sierra which I received in my InfluenceHer Essentials Kit is super trendy and cute! It can be used for school, the gym, a day of shopping, or even an afternoon of adventure (I’m thinking hiking, biking or sightseeing). What I love about this bag (aside from its fun colors) is that the size is not too overwhelming so you aren’t carrying something big or bulky around with you. It has a dedicated TECH SPOT tablet sleeve, a core organizer with multiple pockets, and even a key fob! This backpack has adjustable drawstring closure and snap closure side accessory pockets to keep all of your essentials secure! This bag also includes an accessory pouch which you could use for makeup, pencils and pens, or snacks. The Elly backpack is great for someone who likes to be organized OR... for someone who needs to be more organized!
I was so happy to see that I was gifted one of HCXO’s sleep masks in my InfluenceHer Essentials kit. I have always wanted a sleep mask growing up and now I finally have one! This sleep mask is made of 100% silk and is seriously the softest, most breathable sleep mask you'll own. Other than the fact that this sleep mask is super silky, I truly love the super cute quote on the mask “Never Stop Dreaming.” I interpret this quote to mean - never stop chasing your passions and aspirations. Wearing this sleep mask every night to bed is a great reminder to keep pushing forward and to work hard each day so that I can achieve everything I dream of!
